Social-linguistic and cultural mediation Office

  • Linguistic and intercultural mediation to support the operators of the Offices of the Municipality Rome 5 : Demographic area , Social Services , Public Relations Office (URP), SUAP, technical / urban Office, municipal police etc., To facilitate communication and understanding of the problems and needs presented by the not Italian persons accessing Municipality offices.
  • Support in filling out forms
  • Participation and assistance by appointment in programmed meetings with the operators in different locations of Municipality Rome 5 (Via Palmiro Togliatti, 963 Via Torre Annunziata, 1 etc.) and in Educational Institutions of the territory to supports communication between school and family.
  • Information on rules and procedures governing the entry and stay in Italy , regularization and family reunification , requests to be submitted to different Institutions , citizen’s rights concerning Public Administration , obtainment of Italian citizenship , applications for public housing , State facilities, regional , provincial aide , career guidance.

Identity Card Electronics - AgendaOnline is the new online service totally free and available to all citizens, created by the State Printing and Mint Institute in consultation with the Ministry of the Interior. The service allows citizens to request an appointment for the issuance of the electronic ID card (CIE) from the comfort of their own home: it is sufficient to have a simple internet access and make a one-off registration by choosing a username and password and entering personal data (Tax Code, E-mail Address) After registering, you can book an appointment at the Municipality of residence or stay for the presentation of the release request: agendacie.interno.gov.it
